Why does it seem there are Few to none good 757-200 routes? I just requested to switch programs and am looking around and the 757-200 really only flies from Boston to KLAX. Is there anyway someone from that program can make some good routes to fly? Kind of like KSLC to KPSP? Also my home airport is KORD and it looks like there are only 1 or 2 757 if any flights to or out of there?

There are hundreds of 757 flights. The 757 may have the most diverse route selection of the entire fleet.

I read your post, I however search the routes offered on the website to fly and there are no good 757 routes on there I want to fly? On flightAware possibly but if I fly a route not on the dva website it gets rejected and doesn't count as flying and there are no routes in the 757 to chicago ohare? Also I completed the 757's program check ride today, just wondering when it may get approved?

As Christopher mentioned. You can fly any route you want with the 757 as long as you are rated for the aircraft and it can safely make the journey. If you literally are only seeing a couple of flights you may want to check some settings because there are a ton of 757 flights in our schedule.

If you see a particular route you on our schedule that want to fly but Delta doesn't fly it real-world with the 757-200, no worries. If the route is of a length that the 757-200 can safely fly, you can fly your 757 on that route and PIREP it. You're not restricted to fly the type of aircraft listed on the schedule, but of course you do have to fly something that you are rated for.

Delta doesn't have a hub at ORD so you won't get a massive number of flights in and out of there except probably to Delta hub cities like Atlanta or Cincinnati. But if you see, say, a 737 flight ORD-ATL that you want to fly, grab your Rocket and go for it.

Steven, It may be a 738 route, but I use the 752. There are many good routes for 752.
Take care and God bless.

Delta has 136 757's. Trust me, there are plenty of routes to chose from wink

If you take the virtual approach of only flying what's actually in the schedule and not using your a/c on any route, that's fine but you will have to be flying out of larger cities to see this bird...

Danny, Kevin said that KBOS-KLAX and KLAX-KBOS is just a 757 route which it is not.
KBOS-KLAX http://.flightaware.com/live/flight/DAL1728/history
KLAX-KBOS http://flightaware.com/live/flight/DAL1899/history
The thing is I know you can fly any aircraft on any route. I was stating that the KLAX-KBOS and KBOS-KLAX route was a 737-800.
Kevin said, "The 757-200 really only flies from Boston to KLAX." Which it doesn't in the real world.

Regards
