Its been a while since I've had a chance to log hours. I have a question. The MD-88 is my baby but the flight schedules are a bit limited. Can I fly any published route for DVA sets for any A/C, or do I have to stick with the MD-88 routes only?

Any routes as long as the aircraft is capable of making the flight ( you wouldn't use a ERJ on a transatlantic flight).

You can fly any flight in our schedule within the MD88 Range.

ERJ to London? Maybe with a couple midair refuels!
Thanks! That frees me up for some west coast and internationals... cool

Check the MD-88 manual for the acceptable aircraft range. As mentioned, as long as your flight leg is within those guidelines, you're in the clear.

I wouldn't say there a bit limited. Delta has 100+ Mad Dogs and there everywhere.

Either way, the range is pretty good. Heck, Delta even has one in the schedule ATL-DEN.
