There should be a sound to let pilots who are logging into ACARS know that dispatch is avalible. Just like when a dispatcher logs on or off.

Aggrey, at this point Dispatch is not completed and we are not giving access to anyone outside the staff. Once we are ready we will determine our dispatcher staffing needs and recruit accordingly.
