I have seem the few post here about the lack of profesionalism on VATSIM by a few guys.

I want every one here to know one of my goals when I applied here was to start flying more on VATSIM. The Delta presense on VATSIM is huge and I have a duty to conduct myself in a professional way. You have a duty and more importantly a responsibility to call me out if I don't.

I do my best, but one thing I know is I have a lot to learn ......So let me have it if I act like a ding dong okay. Delta is bigger than me. I have big sholders..... I can take it, I won't get mad, go away in a huff, call you names, or make excuses. Correction is need if one wants to improve.
