What stage rating must you have in order to fly the DC8 and if it is Stage 4, then is there a way to skip stage 3 if you have no interest in flying stage 3 aircraft?

You can't skip Stage 3. But you will always be welcome to join the 757 Program.

As Marius mentions, you cannot skip Stage 3. This stage, however, contains probably the most popular historical aircraft of all at DVA - the 727. I think you'll find it a very pleasant interlude as you up in Stages and up in engines. smile
