There are still things you have to do. The DVA guide is here: http://www.deltava.org/library/Promotion%20Guide.pdf (pg 13 for the CR2)
In your case of the CR2, you have to take the written exam. IN the pilot center, 2nd link from the bottom is testing center. Go there and you will see the link for your written exam.

You have now got to take the Captain's exam from the testing centre. It takes about 40 mins to do and once completed it is autograded, so you know straight away if you have passed or not. Good luck!

Conner, go to the Pilot Center, Pilot Testing and Promotion, Testing Center and take the CRJ Captain's test. Once you pass, you will be promoted to Captain in the CRJ-200 program.

Once you are a captain you can switch programs, in doing this you have to take the first officer's exam for the Boeing 737. Once you pass this you are in the first part of the Boeing program

If you go into the Pilot center then to Document library there is a CRJ operating manuel you should read up on. There are also some others there about general knowledge of everything to do with aeroplanes. Make sure you are confident before taking the exam otherwise you'll have to wait another 24 hours before being able to take the exam again.
