I checked the real Delta site, and flight 7104 is indeed on there, stated as "operated by Northwest Airlines Inc." I tried out a PIREP form and was able to get DTW and CMH as departure and arrival, respectively. Didn't file it though. If you were able to do that, but couldn't file it, then my apologies. But I was able to select Columbus as an arrival.
