Welcome to DVA Seth!!!

Jetways appear when you turn up "Scenery Complexity" or "Misc objects" in the display settings.
Just try turning up the settings a little and they should eventually appear.

Only FSX has jetways for default airports, otherwise you need the payware AES (Andy's link) for FS9.

Seth, I would recommend these sites for freeware sceneries (many of which include jetways):

http://walhalla.mine.nu/fs2004/us.html
http://walhalla.mine.nu/fsx/us.html

Payware sceneries are much better, of course, if you want to pay for them. If you aren't already, I would recommend becoming a member of sites such as AVSIM.
