You can fly all the aircraft you're rated for.
To check your ratings go to your Pilot Center and you will see "You are also qualified to file Flight Reports using the following aircraft:" and the aircrafts list.
To check the additional ratings you get with the 767 or any other aircraft program go to your Pilot Center --> Document Library and download /read the Pilot Promotions Manual
