I'd also like to get an idea of when the programme is coming out.

And of course the day we get our A320s updated to include DAL colours!

The Delta livery is available, complements of Mr. Larry Foltran, your A320 Chief. http://www.md88online.com/flight_sim_repaints.htm The download is for the Wilco A320.

Also, the Delta livery can be found is sites like avsim.net or flightsim.com, as example, I have the Project Airbus (freeware) repaint for fs2004.. I don't know if there is any freeware A320 for FSX.

Hope it helps.

I can't speak for the DVA staff in regards to the program status, but it was my understanding from reading these posts that you guys were already running? If not I would imagine it wouldn't be very far off, but that's merely an uneducated guess.

Program introductions takes A LOT of time. You not only have to do the software writing to have it show as an available program seperate from what it's under right now, but now you're talking writing exams for FO/CAPT, writing manuals for the actual a/c. Putting out LOIs for Chief and A/Chief Pilot positions, etc. I would highly suggest questions like these be brought up in the help desk or e-mail a staff member directly that's up in the food chain. They all have e-mail addys in their profile.

As Andrew mentioned, it does take quite a bit of time and effort to get a program started. At this point, I'm to blame for the delay. There are just a few additional bits of information needed for the AOM, but due to a variety of reasons (I'm not going into detail) I haven't been able to wrap those up. I will say that we are very close and it will be soon. I appreciate everyone's patience and eagerness. smile

On a side note, there is a Wilco repaint for the A320 as mentioned earlier in this thread and there will be an update to that file coming up soon as well. I'll post another thread once that's available.

Jonathan, there are actually quite a few sigs out htere not related to DL/DCI. He might be working for United, his mom/dad, might work there, a former VA, etc. That's what makes this VA so great is our flexibility!

My signature is United, because "Here at DELTA, we are UNITED" lol

And Larry, I know all the A320 stuff is 'Top Secret' :P, but would you mind letting me in on a bit of info regarding the fleet a/c?

Are we just sticking an A320 paint onto the AFVA A320? Or are we designing a whole new package for DVA?

Don't if anyone knows about this site, but I just found it. I was looking for a Delta re-paint for an airbus, at least for the default airbus in FSX, but I found this site: http://www.fsdome.com/airlines/12.htm There are repaints for almost every aircraft Delta flies or flew. I have downloaded and flown the airbus a319 in FSX and downloaded the A320 panel from simviation.com. Hope this helps.
