First of all i would like to say hello to all Delta VA pilots! I have returned after a bit of an absence and never seemed to post on here.

I would request that if possible, could someone who is able to switch me onto the CRJ program as I would like to go back to basics to try and regain some of the skills I've lost since I've not been flying for about 8 months.

well, you don't really need to switch back down to the CRJ to fly the CRJ you know...you can fly any a/c in the pilot center under "also qualafied to fly:" list??

but if you still want to go back I'm sure one of the staff can get that done for you...I just don't want to see you leaving the Best Plane Delta owns wink

Will,
I have looked at your pilot profile, and you are still able to fly the CRJ.You dont need to switch programs in order to fly it.And you will not be penalized for not flying the MD-88.I will help in any way I can.
Should you still wish to transfer to the CRJ program,I will advise Mr.Moak of your intentions. You are qualified to fly the Embraer jet and the CRJ..So feel free to fly as many flights with them as you wish.Practice with the MD-88 at some point also. The MD-88 is very easy to fly. There are many here who can answer just about any question you may have.

Ok guys I will stick with it. It was also a hello post. I am from the UK and have done some real world flying including aerobatics.

Also had an interesting flight in a CH-47 :-)

Thanks for the help!

Oh it was, you see im a member of the UK's version of the CAP i guess. Got a flight in an RAF Chinook about 4 hours after I had been up in an Army Air Corps Gazelle (light helicopter). In the chinook I was able to sit by the side door sticking my head out. Second best experience of my life...after my solo!
