I was recently promoted to Captain in the 737-800 program. That happened a couple of days ago. Everytime I log in though, the site still says that I am a First Officer. I've tried contacting the Chief Pilot of the 737-800 program but the mail bounces. Who else should I contact to have this fixed?

Hey guys, we work as fast as practical. We all have day jobs, families, etc too. We aren't perfect and things do slip through the cracks occasionally. But we do try our best. If you do have questions or problems, email your Chief Pilot and I am sure he will get whatever it is resolved.

Actually Terri and Luke this also is not being handled in the DataBase, When a Pilot is an F/O in the 737 Class and passses the Exam, You have to manually adjust the Pilot profile. Normally I just grade a slew of exams, then verify the Dbase and make any neccisaty corrections, MY appologies to all the Pilots that had to go through this.

I thought I had mentioned something on that basis, but then agian, maybe not, fdor those of you that have concerns please feel free to email me.
