Hey Guys,
Anyone familiar enough with Team Speak to know if there is any advantage for us to run a Team Speak server so we can communicate with each other when ATC is present?? Like a company frequency. Just a thought.

Actually, we do have a company channel on Roger Wilco/AVC. It's rw.avsim.net/dal.

I'm not familiar with Team Speak. Is this something that runs underneath the active channel that would enable communication on the same frequency as ATC without communicating on ATC channels? In other words, would it be sort of like an intercom system?

TeamSpeak 2 is another voice communication program like Roger Wilco. It's a better product, much newer than RW and runs on Windows and Linux.

Flying with IVAO experience with TS sofar is pretty good . A clear voice communication better than RW, also flexible in channels setup. Though, withing IVAO it is organised per server, and i think this will be done on other platforms also, so when using a company channel, like, let's say, DELTA VA,
1- you connect to a voice server and
2- create the channel called Delta and there it is!
And the fun continues.
Note there is NO restriction on who will create the channel and it remains in place untill no player in it anymore.
