How do you get the gate to come down and dock with the plane? Also is there a version of squawk box that works with FSX?

CTRL+J will get the jetway to attatch to the plane.

Squawkbox4 will work with FSX.

The gate problem might also have something to do with your video card. I had Nividia and the gate function didn't work (and some mission scenery was replaced with black cubes)
Squakbox 4 works with FSX. You can get it directly from VATSIM.
