On the ATL schedule, it shows 3 flights from ATL to AEX, all in a CRJ-200. 2 are for 1 flight leg and the other is for 2 flight legs. What's up with that?

Not sure exatly what you're trying to ask here but there are only so many flight #s that the airline will use and many are "thru" flights. More than one flight carries the same flight #. DL 5321 is FAY-ATL-AEX. DL 5397 is the same thing, FAY-ATL-AEX.
