In response to the performance thread farther down, I have made some changes to the task that saves your pilot profile when you upload a signature image. Effective immediately, the following restrictions are in place for signature images:

Max File Size: 32K
Max Height: 250 pixels
Max Width: 510 pixels

If your image is too large, it will not be saved and a message will inform you of the problem. Since I have the code working, I will extend this to water cooler images as well.

On a related note, I have nuked all signature images from the database that exceeded 32K in size.

FWIW, my image is 400x100, and 7K in size. The goal for the signature images was something of similar dimensions, and I think 510 by 250 is more than generous.

jeez.. i dont log on for one day and when i come back i have no sig image!!! lol.. jaja.. and it was brand new.. 1 day old.. :o<
