Hello All.. Being new here and starting to get my feet wet (Almost upto my waist wet at this point); I have come across the Dispatch Schedule as well as postings for open positions, however I have yet to find it listed anywhere with a job description. So, my question is.. What do the dispatchers "here" do? What services do they provide us as line pilots??
Bit of a background, I am however not oblivious to the Dispatcher function in an Airline setting as I am currently employed as one for "Brand X" - just curious as to their roles here??
