Dennis, the "cooler" isn't where you reqest the PP CR, it is assigned to you after you have completed the course.

Dennis, you need to sign up for the flight academy first, you will be put in the queue of pilots waiting to be trained. Right now, the academy is going through an overhaul but should be ready shortly. If you have any questions I'm sure that Scott Clarke would be the best person to e-mail.
