I am extremely pleased to announce the promotion of Terry Eshenour to Senior Captain. Terry has shown the combination of dedication to DVA in almost every area of the airline, and clearly meets the requirements of this rank.
I would also urge all Chief Pilots to take a look through their programs to find out if more Captains qualify for promotion. Our ratio of Senior Captains to Captains is approximately 12:1, and I don't think this adequately reflects the contributions that some folks have been making.

I am humbled by the promotion and your gracious compliments. Thank you very much.
Hopefully I can find ways to return the never ending support received from you and my fellow pilots. I marvel everytime I visit the Water Cooler, fly on-line or correspond with other pilots, just how wonderful the people are who contribute their time and talent to Flight Sim. Our community is unique.
My administrative challenge will be to update my signature file. Should be simple in comparison to learning to fly the PSS-777. LOL Off to the document library to find out how to accomplish this.
