+1 but also keep in mind that positions like ACP have minimum time requirements of 180 since joining and minimum of 150 flights

I believe that was only for the A330 ACP position, which is a stage 4. I don't see any such requirements for the others.

There is a lot of good volunteer work to be had in the cooler. New pilots need assistance learning the ropes as they work to increase their skills. Keep an eye on the cooler threads and questions asked. Yeah, its great to read all the documentation and many are ultra quick to point that out but if a pilot asks, help him/her and become a mentor. Believe it or not, we look at that kind of activity when someone applys for a staff position. It helps us get a feel for your aptitude to assist other pilots which is what staff is all about.
