I haven't looked to see if everyone doesn't have it, but why are there no 737-600 ratings with the 737 program, or does it come with a different program?

I know Alaska flies the 737-400, and Czech and Royal Air Maroc fly the 737-500. No operator of the 737-600 codeshares with Delta.
