Effective immediately, we will be enforcing the image dimension and size limits in the Water Cooler. Please check the Forum Guidelines for information about the maximum image sizes. Someone mentioned a few days ago that this was turning into a bit of a screenshot exchange forum. That certainly was not my intention when I first gave everyone the ability to post images. I think setting some basic limits in terms of size will force people to keep their images reasonable.

Hints - learn to crop and keep the JPEG quality level around 88-92. You should be able to determine your file dimensions via paintbrush and Windows Explorer.

Glenn, if your signature image survived my purge last night, you're good. smile

My limit is 32670 bytes for signature images. The "semi-official" DVA signature images match this in spades, and 9000 is fine. I don't think 32K is unreasonable - it may need a bit of tweaking to get under that limit, but it's not crazy low.
