Not sure when it started but on any delta planes downloaded from our website, the jetways don't work.

They do work however on all payware and FSX default planes. Any suggestions

I've never had a problem with any of those addons with default jetways... just confirm that you are not using any addon scenery?

Cntrl-J isn't working? I've never had a problem with them. Are you parked far from the jetway. Sometimes when I load up at the gate I have to push back ever so slightly due to this problem.

It would give him an error message.

My jetways were working for the longest time on FSX default AC and then all of a sudden stopped. I do have ad-on scenery but jetways stopped working after and scenery was installed

So the jetways stopped working after the add on scenery was installed?

Some payware scenery doesn't work with Posky aircraft (our fleet).

Tom, I would check out avlibrary for afcad files instead. That is what I run, mostly Katl, kclt, KSLC, kroa, Klax,Klas, and others. I have a bunch that I mainly fly to. Hope that helps. smile

Thank you for all of the inputs.
I need to clarify that after I installed add-on scenery, jetways worked 6 -12 months AFTER I installed the last add-on scenery. And then all of a sudden, one day about a month or so ago, jetways decided they were no going to operate any longer.

From everything I have read here,I will check out the avlibrary for some afcad files to install.
