I spent a few hours racking my brain on what procedure I missed in the checklist to cause the engines to not spin up. I had plenty of fuel, Starters on, condition levers set to high idle. Long story short, while the starters were winding up, I opened the panel that displays the fuel gauges. Between then is the crossfeed switch. I selected Crossfeed and oulaa. the Left engine started. I repeated the same thing for the right and it also worked. Hope that helps someone down the road.
