What's the best way to do a clean install? I have FSX:SE and there seem to yet be some compatibility issues, especially with the PMDG JS41. It just flat out wont work on the SE version. Might try going back to my boxed version and reloading everything. PMDG says they will put out a patch to fix the JS41.. after they have their 747 out. So I'm figuring sometime next year... late next year.

Anyway, I want to make sure FSX is completely clean before I reinstall. Is there some registry cleaning software I need to use or something like that? I want nothing of FSX to be on my computer (other than saved files such as repaints or aircraft downloaders that I've saved).
