I started up FSX today and get a fatal error: Faulting module name: g3d.dll, any ideas

If you can give us a little more details it will be better to deal with your problem:
Example:
1--at the start of FSX?
2--by choosing one of your aircraft?
3--after an update? Etc...

Thanks for all the info.....I had to reinstall add-om manager and it started working fine again. Thats kind of weird....but it works now
