From Wade Chafe:
This update provides compatibility with Prepar3D as well as the fixes for Windows 10 that were recently released. IMPORTANT: You MUST have Service Pack 2a (version 1.42a) installed prior to installing this update.

Also, Flight1 has updated the installer for the full package.
