Its with a heavy heart that we announce that Ronnie Jacola is stepping down from the Assistant Director of Operations position. Ronnie has been a great resource and brought a very positive influence to the Ops department over the last 6 months. We now keep our desks clean, actually throw trash into the basket, and keep the coffee pot filled for all the late night Ops work.  Ronnie made a smooth transition from the MD88 CP position into Ops earlier this year. Ronnie has taken a new real world work position that will require much more time than he is able to give on staff. I'm sure you'll all still see him in the virtual skies representing DVA though. Kevin and I have successfully deprogrammed him into realizing the greatness of the Mighty 727! We sincerely appreciated Ronnies contribution to staff and wish him all the best. As a CPA, he is always available for free tax advice. 
Please join me in thanking Ronnie for his time of service.

You are an awesome and amazing chief pilot, assistant director of ops and also an amazing person! I wanted to personally thank you for your help when I first joined Delta Virtual Airline two years ago. You've been a huge help and encouraging me to further excel.
I probably wouldn't be in the T7 program if it weren't for your encouragement for me to excel.
