If anyone is looking for a good app to connect your iPad as another monitor try "duet". It can be found on the app store. I have used it to add your iPad as another monitor and in this case I use it to display my FMS. Having the touch screen on the iPad makes it great for programming your FMS. No impact to framrates. Works great with Windows 10 and FSX.

yeah I have been using Airdisplay for years works great for my FMS and is both for IOS and Android

I tried to use airdisplay but the versions they only offer werent Windows 10 compatible. Of course I didnt find that till after I bought the app (lol)!
