It gives me great pleasure to announce that Soonho Lee has accepted our generous offer to join DVA Operations as the Assistant VP of Ops. One great quality of Soonho is that he has taken on a lot of responsibility here to help in many ways which are not as popular or in the spotlight. In other words, Soonho is already filling his new role. At DVA, Soonho has been updating outdated airports, helping in the help desk, working behind the scenes in Dispatch, and being our mole in the 757 program.  Soonho brings a real world pilot's license and experience from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University into our Operations department. Kevin and I look forward to giving him intensive training in Ops and getting our aircraft cleaned more regularly. Ronnie always seemed to leave a "wash me" sign on my windows. 
We look forward to Soonho's contribution to our Ops department! Please join me in welcoming him to Operations. Great things continue to happen at DVA!

Thank you all! I am excited to and look forward to serving you all along side with Andrew and the Kevin.
There will be an added treats and lazy boys around in the DVA lounges in the hubs, on my behalf, of course! But, just like before, it'll still be the first come first served process for our First Officers and the Captains. For the staff and the Senior Captains, there will be a added executive treat bar, specialized in every hub! (One hub may include collection of the finest exotic cereal bar, while another hub may include a meat bar). For the FO and the Capt that wishes to come in at the SR and Staff lounge, the fee will be a package of the dunkaroos with vanila AND chocolate frosting.  Buf if anyone touches my rice and the Japanese beef, I'll have you start scrubbing the entire 757 fleet!, NO PAY!
Welp, enough chit chat, back to the reality of scrubbing the 727s and make Andrew and Kevin's coffee while pressing their suits.
