Added a new historical airline China Eastern Historical DVA (MUD).
These historical and upcoming codeshares are now active. Added 44 flights, including long hauls to SFO and AKL.
There is also a pretty cool A330 flight to Saipan.

***Some of these airports may not exist in your sim. So, be sure when planning a flight you make sure you have a destination to land at. smile

Most of these flights are are A320's with a B738, some A321's and some A330 flights.
