Pan Am acquired these routes briefly when they took over National Airlines. These are from the National Airlines 1969 route timetable:

PAH1609 JFK-JAX-DAB-PBI
PAH1610 JFK-JAX-DAB-SRQ
PAH1611 MIA-DAB-JAX-JFK
PAH1612 MIA-PBI-RSW-SRQ-TPA-JFK
PAH1613 SAN-LAX-HOU-MSY-TPA-MCO-MIA
PAH 1614 JAX-DAB-TPA

Most of these started as Lockheed L188 flights but shortly because 727 flights as National move away from prop aircraft.
