For those considering the Just Flight C-46 payware, you may want to take a look at this thread in the DC-6 channel: https://www.deltava.org/thread.do?id=0x20f6b Just Flight is working on fixes and tweaks, but this is definitely a WIP (work in progress). As noted in other posts, the CalClassic C-46 by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson is an excellent freeware airplane, particularly for FS9 but still good for FSX (and I assume P3D). Sorry I can't offer any info for XPlane pilots.

Jim, Thanks for the heads up. I had thought about buying the just flight add on but kept thinking back to the other just flight stuff I've bought that just doesn't fly well. Maybe JF will have one of those $9 sales again, how I've bought most of their add on software
