I saw the item on the main page about the FAQ being updated. It looks like they are in the document library, where you have to log in to see them. For prospective pilots, they can't see them. Maybe a link could be put under the "Our Airline" heading on the main page, so prospective pilots can read them?

If you log out and go to the web site as a noob and click on "Join Us", it will give you a page with the FAQ at the top. So, everyone can see it. cool
