Due to some great interest in a new accomplishment, we have added a new accomplishment to the list for pilots to pursue. We can't use the official name of this american racing circuit or its sponsors (since they don't pay us any money). Enjoy flying into the airports closest to these racing venues. We hope you enjoy these destinations.

Seems like a cool accomplishment, and I like that DVA has a lot of new accomplishments since I reactivated, but I think I was accidentally given credit for it. I'm almost certain that I haven't been to Jackson, MI, Roanoke, or Florence...Not sure what's happening there, but wanted to bring attention to it.

I was genuinely surprised that y'all are using JQF for Charlotte Motor Speedway instead of CLT...until I saw that there's actually an old National flight from Miami into the airport! I live a few miles from there and right now the only commercial flight into/out of JQF is a single Allegiant flight (A319 or A320 usually I believe) in the mornings, going to/from Fort Lauderdale. I had no idea that National had ever flown into Concord Regional. See, DVA is educational! smile

Moose that flight should be chalked up to the fudge factor. National did have flights to the area but not there specifically. So, I embellished slightly. But, JQF does see commercial flights and this seemed to suit the venue. Allegiant is not a codeshare (yet). Some flights were "stretched" a bit to add the accomplishment and include the nearest commerical airport to the speedway. Regardless, Enjoy!

Never had commercial flights there. I struggled with this one. i almost picked GSO which is about as far away as ROA. the problem now is that pilots are achieving the accomplishment so if I make a change, they'll lose it.

CC Air used to fly there from Charlotte for USairwaste... for some reason I was thinking maybe a Delta code share had gone in there at one time
