First time to seeing Delta flying the Boeing 737-700 flying between KATL-KOKC. Usually it's an MD-88 but not today May we see this happen in Flight Finder?

You can fly any flight with any aircraft you choose as long as it has enough range to safely complete the flight. I’ve mentioned things like this before and that’s the answer I was given, which makes sense as they are only allowed 10,000 flight numbers I believe.

Yes. The database is out of date so the equipment will not match today's database. And yes, you can fly any aircraft you're rated in that can make the trip.
