Good afternoon,

I recently have been running into an issue with my addon airports not loading correctly. This occurs after flying a flight and landing. Upon arrival to the airport, the terminal buildings are not loading. Certain objects within the scenery load (Jetways, taxiway signs, runway lights/markers) but no terminals. It is frustrating flying a long flight to arrive with no terminal. If I completely close FSX and restart the simulator with the plane at the arrival airport, the scenery loads with terminals appearing. I am not sure how to go about resolving this issue and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue but with the default scenery airports... I'm guessing it may be a lack of memory and the way FSX uses what we have... maybe someone will shed some light on this for us

I have had this happen but its almost always because of freeware addon airports and missing files. I did some googling and found this:

Perhaps something to investigate or might help.

I cleared some of my add on scenery/airports that I had added... that seems to have helped some. Thanks Andrew for the help

I'll give a look at that. My problem is with payware airports (FSDT, Latin VFR). Instead of deleting the airports, I may disable them in the scenery library until I need to use them for a flight. Not sure if this would help any?

Yep that started on imaginesim's original KATL version for me. missing jetways now and then. I always figured it was a by product of forcing DX10 with the fixer onto the sim (lots of sceneries have that issues)

but it wasn't there in the past so who knows. No fix that I found. Just put up with it

If you've got an nVidia card, NV Inspector should show video memory usage in its graphs. For simulator VAS, if ACARS isn't complaining about it, you're probably good. How much video memory do you have?

I have a geforce gt530.. I thought it had 4 gig but I'm only finding anywhere from 1 to 2 gig

A 530 has either 1GB or 2GB VRAM - my first suspicion is that you're running out, but you'll need NVI to confirm.

No, ACARS will give you the VAS remaining in the flight reports. For video memory free, you need Nvidia Inspector. Also useful for tuning AA/AF settings, but with a GT530 I'm not sure you'll do much of that.

I just pulled up one of my last flight reports and the lowest VAS was 1424 with the highest being 1714

Does that mean anything?

VAS is not your problem then - generally FSX/P3Dv3 will be fine if free VAS is over 512 or so.
