	Another tip for pilots: If you get an email for a held flight report, please respond. We end up with some held flight reports sitting there an awfully long time in the queue. If staff is taking time to review, please show the same courtesy by responding to them. Here is what has been happening occasionally and sometimes frequently. Pilot flies flight and it gets held for a valid reason. Staff review and hold flight. Pilot gets an automated email with a note to respond. Pilot chooses not to respond. 3-4 weeks go by. Staff rejects flight report that might have been approved if pilot responded. Pilot emails staff "why did you reject my flight report?" We have humans reviewing flight reports so that held flight reports offer an opportunity for communication, teaching, learning, interaction, etc. Thanks. We do this for fun. If you don't care if your flight report gets rejected why bother submitting it in the first place? Thanks! DVA Operations
