	So I wanted to get a bump on frames about 6 months ago and I have a 4770k oc that runs pretty stable and an ancient graphic card. I went for the graphic card and got a 1060. I fly 737 and 777 pmdg most of the time and it seems my graphics card crashes with some regularity. I get the pop up that my nvidia 1060 stopped working ans might cause prepar to crash which it always does if this happens. Any ideas, suggestions, or ways to troubleshoot? Or is the real culprit the 4770k not keeping up at this point?

If that doesn`t work, than you will have to uninstall the driver of your video card: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and then update using the latest driver: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/138697/en-us And hopefully you won`t get any crashes anymore.

	So I do keep it up to date but coincidentally there was an update last night I installed. I also turned down the aa to ease the load on the card. Did make it on a 9 hr flight so hopefully that helps it but we will see

	if you aren't overclocking your video card, this is normal for a bad driver. I've tried to OC my 960 but it crashes with a mild overclock, lost the silicon lottery on that one. If you made a 9 hour flight with no issues, you should be good now.

	hello, I have found that before you do an update, do a complete reinstall and use the DDU to remove all residue files... overwriting may not always clear issues and throw other errors. I had the same thing with mine and I was able to fly the 757 which was giving me bad frames even with all the settings that I was trying to use. Regards,
