Hi

I was wondering if our schedule is updated once in a while according the actual schedule of the several airlines. I noticed, the KLM for example, that schedule seems to be outdated, Air France too. In real KLM offers some different flights with different equipment as showed in the schedule of DAV. Does someone know more about this?

Hi Robert,

To answer your question, yes our schedule is updated once in a while. However there is a slight snag we ran into with the database the schedule was being updated from and the cost to update from the database is outside Delta Virtual Airlines budget. I hope that answered your question.

But to further clarify into your question, and to help you, you are free to fly wherever you may wish as long as you’re rated to fly the particular aircraft and that the aircraft can make it from airport A to airport B with enough fuel reserves.

Andrew, if you’d like I can go through some flight sites like FlightAware and handpick flight numbers for my home airport if you’d like or any airport for that matter?

On that note, if there is anything that can help the process, I too am willing to help out on the schedule side of things when i have some free time. At my previous virtual airline that I spent 15 years with, I spent a good chunk of time as "International Schedule Coordinator" and managed their schedule so I do have some experience in the schedule department should you folks like another set of eyes on the schedule.
