I am currently a Captain in the 737 program. If I switch to the 757 program, do I keep my 737 rating?

Luke,

To answer your question, yes sir you get to keep the 737 rating. You won’t lose it. If you want to switch to a different equipment program, just click on switch equipment programs and select from the eligible equipment programs to which you can switch to.

Luke to further add, if you transfer to another program you’ll become a first Officer again. I definitely recommend reading the pilots manual under promotions and also programs.
