This was on my windows 10 box, running P3D. I had been battling this intermittent, annoying framerate stutter for a while. It was like a "tick" every second that would pause the screen. Super annoying on final. Reloaded drivers, uninstalled programs and nothing seemed to help.
Finally realized, it was a browser tab I had opened sitting on Facebook. Closed down that tab, and voila, great framerates again.
I battled this for awhile, and wanted to share the fix, in case others are getting this weird video glitch.
