Today i found out TAP has quote offer for virtual pilots https://www.flytap.com/en-pt/miles-and-go/partners/tap-virtual could Delta Virtual Airlines could do the same whit real Delta?

TAP Portugal is tied to the real airline. We choose to not be affiliated with the real world Delta and independent. If we did have some sort of relationship with the real world Delta, it lends us to be open to legal issues, their ability to shut us down for any reason, and other higher risk things. We would be subjecting ourselves to them instead of remaining independent.

A while back, there was a virtual UPS that started up and the parent company wasn't happy and sent a cease and desist letter with no warning. We're trying to avoid that from happening as much as possible.
