Today I took part in the Fuel Stop Waco event, but when the PIREP was approved it was not credited for the event. Who can I contact to resolve this?

Luke is correct, your flight landed close to 30 minutes before the event event started. Therefore it does not count for event credit.

However, to answer your complete question, the best person to contact for issues relating to PIREP's is the person who approved the PIREP. Additionally you're welcome to email me if you ever have questions about events.
