Good morning,

I have a logtech extreme 3d pro joystick and i have had it for many years. for the 1st time ever the rudder veers to the right. I have no idea why it started doing it. I had P3d V5 and the PMDG 737, but it also did it on the QW 787. what is the best way to fix it or do I just need to buy a new one?

thanks

mike

If you already tried calibration, it's likely wear of the sensors that control your yaw. If the joystick is over three years old, buying a new one may be the solution. Less than three years, contact Logitech.

I had that problem with my old joystick too. You can try adding a small dead zone to the middle to minimize the issue, but David is right -- the sensors don't last forever. I don't think Logitech still manufactures that model, but I'm sure you can get one secondhand for relatively cheap.
