As of Nov. 8th, 2020, Berlin Tegel is inoperative. Berlin now has a new airport called Willy-Brandt-Airport (Berlin-Brandenburg Airport) - EDDB/BER. Please don't confuse this one with the old secondary airport of Berlin (Berlin Schönefeld).
You may consider putting flights into Berlin Tegel (EDDT) to historic flights and add the flights to EDDB. A well-working scenery is available with Aerosoft and further, Vatsim is no longer operating EDDT (except for historic events).

How does this affect the Eurocap club? It's still listed as EDDT. Will a flight into EDDB count towards the club?

As a side note, bye bye Tegel! I really enjoyed arriving there. Departing not so much though.

Yes there is a resolution to this. The accomplishment is the same with this airport. IIRC we added the EDDB to the accomplishment profile as an optional airport. We have to accommodate all simulator platforms and pilots. So we have fixed the issue.
