Hello DVA community. Senior staff has been approached about adding an officially sponsored chat application to Delta Virtual Airlines' services. We discussed the visibility and challenges of adding a chat option to our offered services in our staff meeting this past week. The first step is to conduct a needs assessment and consider possible chat applications. Our community feedback will be a valuable resource in assisting our staff in adding a chat service.
