	Good morning DVA Pilots, As we continue to move into the first quarter of 2022, I am pleased to announce some new and exciting changes for Delta Virtual Airlines. To continue to make DVA shine as one of the best Virtual Airlines in the virtual aviation industry we are implementing some new and exciting opportunities this year. We are looking to implement four new equipment programs this year. As many of you probably know real world Delta Air Lines has changed their Aircraft Fleet, with the retirement of the 777 just recently, to the implementation of the Airbus A350 a few years ago. We decided to keep Delta Virtual Airlines as close to the real Delta Air Lines as possible, with the only caveat that we do not retire any of our equipment program fleet. I am pleased to announce we are currently hiring for staff for the first equipment program to be implemented. The ERJ-170 program. The ERJ-170 equipment program will be classified as a Stage 1 equipment program. The ERJ-170 program was a project started by Chief Pilot Andrew Vane when he was VP of Ops, to make DVA current with real world equipment changes. The project got put on the back burner due to other pressing matters, and hasn't been worked on for a few years. Since I have been appointed as Vice President of Operations I wanted to revisit the project that Chief Pilot Andrew Vane started. Today I am pleased to say we are 99% done with the roll out of the program. Today we are actively hiring for the positions of Chief Pilot and Assistant Chief Pilot of the ERJ-170 Program. We would like to encourage if anyone is interested in stepping into this important role and you meet the minimum requirements that you apply. I will let you know that since this is a brand new equipment program to Delta Virtual Airlines, it will require a lot of attention and time of those to oversee the program. We are excited for the opportunity to continue to boost DVA further as we implement these new exciting equipment programs. We encourage any interested members to apply at the links below. I'm hoping to roll out two of them this quarter and focus on the last two within the next two quarters this year. I will say it will add a more variety to DVA.
