Does anyone know why the jetways will not work at all on some aircraft types but will work fine on others. This occurs at any airport that has jetways. For example The jetways work on The DVA Fleet Boeing 737-800 but will not work on any of the DVA Fleet Airbus types. Is this a function of the Aircraft CFG File that needs lines added or something else? I have Googled this issue but have not found any definitive solution.

Gary, you're correct. The Aircraft.cfg file has a [exits] section that lists how many simulated exits, or doors, are on the aircraft. For each exit, it should list the open and close rate percent per second (where 1.0 is fully open), the position in the aircraft where the jetway would connect (where's the exit in the aircraft), and the type of exit, one of 0 = Main, 1 = Cargo, and 2 = Emergency. For example, what's missing in the DVA fleet A320 is the position of the exit. Without this position, the simulator doesn't know where to connect the jetway to the aircraft.

Try this for the [exits] section in the Aircraft.cfg of the DVA A320. Let me know if this works for you.

[exits]
number_of_exits=3
exit.0=0.2, 35.00, -6.0, 7.0, 0 //openclose rate percent per second, longitudinal, lateral, vertical positions from datum (feet), type (0=Main 1=Cargo 2=Emergency)
exit.1=0.2, -25.00, 5.85, -3.0, 1 //openclose rate percent per second, longitudinal, lateral, vertical positions from datum (feet), type (0=Main 1=Cargo 2=Emergency)
exit.2=0.2, 35.00, 6.0, 7.0, 2

I deleted the existing lines and added the lines you provided. Now the jetway connects perfectly. AWSOME. Thank You Sir! I will also try this on a couple of other aircraft that have inoperative jetways.

Glad it works for the A320. It's very likely the coordinates are going to be different for other aircraft, meaning that while the jetway may move towards the aircraft, it would not connect to the place where the door or exit is. What other aircraft do you have where the jetway doesn't work?
