I've come across a few historic flights with incorrect flight duration times. For example, NW3399 Leg 1 (KDTW - KLAF) is shown as a 30 minute flight on a CRJ200, while NW3399 Leg 2 (KLAF - KDTW) is shown as a 2 hr and 20 min flight on a CRJ200. I know that most (if not all) historic flights are entered manually. How is the flight length determined usually?
